The choker pulls the neck clip tight up against the valve and holds it in a consistent position, perfect clipping sidemount cylinders. The choker goes around the valve and thru the gate to hold it up tight against the neck on the curve if the cylinder so the gate of the clip lays up against the neck of the cylinder.

OTG Technical Scuba Diving Lift Bag Sleeve gives divers the option to wear the sleeve on the backplate or stage tank. The Sleeve can attach to a stage tank using a Standard 2 inch tank band or Metal Clamps. Diver can also use the assembly screws to attach the sleeve to their backplate. The front side of the sleeve is heavy duty plastic mesh and the back side is 1200D heavy duty nylon. The velcro closure keeps items secure inside until ready to deploy.
