Return & Refund

Merchandise Returns -- If any item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it, with the exception of a very few items clearly identified in our product description details as non-returnable. Please contact us before returning your purchase because in many cases we can resolve your concerns without creating a return.  Also, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds -- The purchase price of merchandise ordered from the OTGDive.com website and returned in unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery, will be refunded to the original purchaser in the same form as the method of order payment.

Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you, otherwise shipping costs are not refunded. If the order is returned by the carrier as undeliverable or refused, the refund amount will be reduced by both the outbound and inbound actual shipping costs from the order.

Tax and Duties -- Our selling price does not include any local duties / customs taxes.  Buyer should be prepared to pay the local duties and / or customs taxes upon delivery.  We will not take any responsibility and cannot arrange the refund if the parcel is returned to us because of the customs duties and / or undeliverable and / or refused to receive.

EU VAT -- For all EU customers, from 1 July 2021 onwards, sending (including by postal services) commercial goods (including online selling merchandise) to the business users (B2B) or consumers (B2C) in European Union (EU) will be levied with value added tax (VAT) disregard what the value is.  Please note that our selling price does not include any local duties / customs taxes and we cannot settle any VAT in advance.  So, buyers should be prepared to pay the local duties and / or customs taxes upon delivery and there may have some additional handling fee which may be charged by customs.  So, we would recommend all of our EU customers to purchase the products from our eBay store - our store name "otgequipment" ( www.ebay.com/usr/otgequipment or www.ebay.com/str/otgequipment ).  It is the easiest way to import our products to EU.

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. Please note that packages automatically returned as undeliverable or refused are typically handled by the carrier at a very low shipping priority, especially internationally, and our receipt of the package and thus your refund can be significantly delayed.

Return Shipping -- Carefully pack your return for shipment back to us. Please don't forget you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping. For high value returns we recommend that you select a carrier that offers package tracking, insure your package for safe return, and declare the full value of the package so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

Returns Disclaimer - We believe that repeated or excessive returns by a specific customer indicates, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet the ongoing expectations of that customer.
