It can be expanded when larger carrying capacity is required or squashed flat to be as streamlined as possible. It is large enough to store pretty much everything you will ever need on a dive. With 2pcs. bungee cord loop inside the main pocket in order to help divers to attach and secure items. 2 Internal pockets allow easy separation and organization of contents.
